Terms and Conditions:

Delivery and payment options - cash in advance and COD, invoice (domestic only) Other payment options are currently is not possible.

Delivery:
We provide only cash on delivery or prepayment. Domestic customers, small-scale parts and accessories by invoice (payment / remittance at delivery) order. Special, tarpaulins, tents, complete, or we supply only against cash in advance. Except for deliveries to public institutions can also be done on open account. The appointment must be made in this case, however, in writing, by fax or by mail!

When you save the cash advance fee. If you want to pay by invoice in advance, you will get an advance invoice via e-mail, fax or mail. Shipped upon receipt of payment.
Payment by credit card is not possible!

Contract:

A contract is the acceptance of the customer order by Zelte Roszbor GmbH.
The customer waives the right of acceptance, § 151 Sentence 1 BGB. About the contract, the customer either by us is informed by a confirmation or at the latest by the execution of delivery of goods ordered, or by offering or providing the service. If the customer orders via the Internet, the Zelte Roszbor GmbH will immediately access orders, however, confirm by e-mail, fax, or mail.

Packaging is reused or disposed of by us in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance. "


Other / retention:
The commodity remains until full payment is received. If any provision of these terms and conditions in whole or in part, is not legally valid, or lose their legal effect later, so should the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Warranty

Please read the attached building our tents .- & care instructions. In particular, the safety and actions to be taken in strong wind, storm, storm, building under power lines and / or other marginal weather conditions. We are expressly point out the tents as not strong wind, or even classified storms. We recommend taking Elemtarschadensversicherung for tents.
Additional terms and conditions for textile designs

The following "Additional Conditions for textile designs (also known as ESD) are part of the contract and are in addition to the terms and conditions of the Zelte Roszbor GmbH apply.



Warranty

Shipping:
Tent cloth and accessories (except poles) we supply preferably via DHL or UPS. Complete tents, by freight carrier. Pickup is available upon request. Delivery with our own vehicle is within max. 60 km possible.

Otherwise, we charge within Germany mainland for:
Parcels up to 5 Kg € 7.50
kg from 5 to max. 10 Kg € 10.50
10 kg - max. 30 kg € 18.50 


Shipping costs from 30 KG or for bulky goods, tents unless they are specified for each product, - please ask in advance!
Shipping costs for the German Islands please ask in advance also.
With cash on delivery we charge an additional 7,90 € surname fee. Bars and rods incl complete tent
We ship only in advance!
Shipping costs to other EU countries and for global delivery are weight - and volume dependent.
Due to the variety of tariffs, please ask in advance for the shipment.


Customers in EU countries, we ask, if any, - to indicate your VAT number.
The invoice can then be carried out in indicating the number of tax-free.
For deliveries to non EU countries will be immediately brought to us by the German tax deducted.


Minimum order:
European Countries € 50.- , Switzerland € 100.-, overseas and other foreign countrys € 150.-



Revocation
Withdrawal
You may cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first installment), and also does not fulfill our obligations in accordance with § 312c Section 2 BGB in § 1 Sections 1, 2 and 4 BGB-connection necessary in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB Information Regulations. Consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. Can you give us the performance received whole or in part only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. With the release of things this does not apply if the impairment is only on the test - as they would in a retail store - is due. For a determination by the proper use of the goods you do not have to pay compensation.
Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the commodity is the sum of not exceeding 40 euros or if you are at a higher price the thing is not at the time of the cancellation, compensation or an agreement agreed part payment provided. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Non-transportable goods will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us, with their reception.

In the case of a refund you will receive the money by bank transfer or refund by sending a V-checks. We ask for this when returning your bank reported.
If you do not wish to / n replacement item, we will refund the invoiced amount immediately again.
